Integrity at the Core of Every Home

At 1805 Designs, our core values shape every custom home we build. We believe that integrity is non-negotiable, and we strive to conduct every interaction and decision with honesty and transparency. We keep our word, honor our commitments, and do what we say we will do because your trust is as important to us as the home itself.

Clear Communication, Every Step

Clear, consistent communication is central to how we work. We listen carefully to your goals, guide you through each stage of the process, and keep you informed from initial concept to final walk-through. By communicating with integrity and responsiveness, we make the building experience as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Luke Parker, Project Manager

Growing up around job sites, blueprints, and build schedules, Luke has been part of the company since its very beginning. What started as after-school help and summer work as a young teen quickly became a lifelong passion for building homes the right way.

Now serving as Project Manager, Luke brings determination, a strong work ethic, and hands-on experience that goes far beyond his years. Having worked through nearly every phase of construction, he understands the details that matter—from the foundation to the final walk-through. Ben, Site Supervisor

Meet Ben. He doesn’t swing a hammer, but he takes his job very seriously - inspecting dirt piles, monitoring lunch breaks, and making sure every crew member receives adequate morale support. Our four-legged site supervisor may not read blueprints, but he knows when things are done right. Loyal, watchful, and always nearby, he brings warmth and joy to every job site.Â
